Paneer Matar Masala ek popular North Indian dish hai jismein soft paneer ke cubes, hare matar aur tomato-pyaaz ki thick masaledar gravy ka zabardast combination hota hai. Iski creamy, halka spicy aur rich flavor ise roti, naan ya chawal ke saath aur bhi khaas bana deta hai. Ye dish daily khaane se lekar special occasions tak perfect hai.
Zaroori ingredients* ЁЯСЗ
Paneer – 200 g (cubes mein kata hua)
Hare matar – 1 cup (fresh ya frozen)
Pyaz – 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tamatar – 3 medium (puree bana lo)
Adrak-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Hari mirch – 1 (slit)
Kaju – 8-10 (garam paani mein bhigo kar)
Haldi powder – ½ tsp
Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
Dhania powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Jeera – ½ tsp
Tejpatta – 1
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Paani – 1 cup
Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye
Namak – taste ke hisaab se
Tel ya ghee – 3 tbsp
ЁЯМЯRecipe Method :
Masala base banayein
Pan mein tel ya ghee garam karo.
Jeera aur tejpatta daal do, halka bhunein.
Pyaz dal kar golden brown hone tak bhunein.
Masala mix karo
Ab adrak-garlic paste aur hari mirch dal kar 1 min bhunein.
Tamatar puree dal kar tab tak pakao jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.
Kaju ka paste dal kar achhi tarah mix karo.
Masale dalna
Haldi, lal mirch, dhaniya powder aur namak dal do.
Dheemi aanch par masale ko achhi tarah pakne do.
Paneer aur matar mix karo
Ab ismein matar aur 1 cup paani daal kar ubalne do, matar soft hone tak.
Paneer ke cubes daal kar 3-4 min tak halki aanch par pakao.
Garam masala aur fresh cream dal kar mix karo.
Final Touch
Upar se hara dhaniya garnish karo.
Garma-garam Paneer Matar Masala ko roti, naan ya chawal ke saath serve karo.
