Chilli Tofu – Spicy Taste ka Veg Powerhouse!

Ingredients (Jo Chahiye Hoga):
250g firm tofu (cubes me cut kiya hua)
1 tbsp cornflour + 1 tbsp maida
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 medium onion (cubes me cut)
1 green capsicum (cubes me cut)
2-3 green chillies (slit ki hui)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
Salt aur black pepper (taste ke hisaab se)
Oil for frying
Spring onions garnish ke liye

Kaise Banaye (Step by Step):
Step 1: Tofu ko Crisp Bana Lo
Tofu cubes ko cornflour, maida, salt aur pepper ke saath mix karo. Phir ise shallow fry ya air fry karo jab tak ye golden aur crispy na ho jaye. Yehi wo crunch hai jo sabko pasand aata hai.
Step 2: Base Taiyaar Karo
Wok me thoda oil garam karo. Ginger-garlic paste aur slit green chillies daal ke bhuno. Jab khushboo aaye, tab onion aur capsicum daal do. High flame par 1 minute tak stir-fry karo — veggies thodi crunchy rehni chahiye.
Step 3: Sauce Ka Magic
Ab soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup aur vinegar daal ke mix karo. Agar thoda thick sauce chahiye, toh 1 tsp cornflour ko thoda paani me mix karke add kar do.
Step 4: Tofu Ko Toss Karo
Ab fried tofu cubes daal ke sab kuch achhe se toss karo taaki har piece sauce me properly coat ho jaye. Garnish me spring onions daal do.

Dry Version: Starter ke jaise serve karo — ekdum chatpata!
Gravy Version: Thoda paani ya veg stock daal do aur fried rice ya noodles ke saath serve karo.
