Step 1: Mirch aur Lehsun ki Taiyari
Sabse pehle laal mirch ko garam paani me 10-15 minute tak bhigo dein taaki wo soft ho jaaye.
Lehsun ki kaliyan chhil kar ready rakh lo.
Step 2: Grinding Time
Ab ek mixer grinder me lehsun, bhigi hui laal mirch, namak aur thoda sa imli ka pulp daal kar coarse paste bana lo.
